There's more than one road to Vegas when you play in the APA!
USE THIS PAGE TO REGISTER FOR UPCOMING TOURNAMENTS AND HLT BOARDS
Play on a Higher Level Tournament (HLT) Singles Board and try to win your way to Las Vegas.
The 8-Ball Classic Singles and 9-Ball Shootout Program includes three levels:
Local - the Local Qualifier tournament also known as "Singles Boards" or "HLT Boards"
Regional - The Regional qualifiers to Las Vegas are held twice a year.
National (the Championship), held in Las Vegas.
The 8-Ball Classic and 9-Ball Shootout Singles Regional Tournaments are divided into two Seasons. Players qualifying January 1 through June 15 will be eligible to participate in Season 1 Regional in October. Players qualifying between June 16 and November 30 will be eligible to participate in the Season 2 Regional in March.
Local Tournament format is single elimination, race to the "Games Must Win" chart on the scoresheet. A minimum of 4 players are required to compete in each Local Qualifier tournament, (Players must still pay full $120.00 Board fee), Winner advances to the Regional Level.
Your APA membership entitles you to participate in pre-registered events in Las Vegas. You can enter some of them for as little as $10! So if you do not make it to Vegas as a team or by winning a Singles Board, join your friends in Vegas and play all day and night long.
